社区共学养老是应对人口老龄化社会问题的新思维与新探索,在持续十年研究社区学习共同体的基础上,把社区学习共同体建设聚焦到养老问题,将开启养老事业的崭新篇章。社区共学养老是时代的重大命题,中国"有钱、有闲、有活力"老年人数量巨大,实现社区共学养老,能使他们成为和谐社会建设的正能量;从"供养"到"自养",从养"体"到养"心",从注重工具性价值到注重生命性价值是养老思想的重大变革;杭州十年社区学习共同体建设的实践充分证明社区共学养老不仅是必要的,更是可行的;全面推进社区共学养老,从根本上改变养老格局,不可一蹴而就,面临着的挑战是巨大的;然而,契合人性和老年人成长发展特点的社区共学养老,代表着养老事业发展正确方向,它代表的是社区的未来、学习的未来和人的未来。对社区共学养老的背景意义、思想基础、实践经验、主要障碍和未来前景的讨论,希望能引起更广泛的社会关注,引发同行同仁更深入的思考,引导共学养老社区建设朝着正确的方向前行。

The neighborhood-based co-learning nursing the aged is a new thought and exploration to cope with the social problem of population aging. Based on the ten years research of the neighborhood-based learning community （NBLC）, moving the NBLC construction to focus on the old-age care issue will open a new chapter in the cause of providing for the aged. Endowment on NBLC is a major proposition of the times. China has a huge number of “rich, leisurely, and energetic” elderly people. It could be a positive energy for harmonious society by achieving the community learn to support the elder care. From “support” to “self-care”, from “physical conservation” to “spirit curing”, from focusing on “instrumental value” to “life value”, they are major changes in the concept of endowment. Ten years practice in Hangzhou of NBLC fully proves that endowment on NBLC is not only necessary but feasible. Comprehensively promoting the endowment on NBLC, fundamentally changing the pattern of the old-age care, cannot be achieved overnight, which are facing huge challenges. However, it meets the characteristics of human nature and the growth and development of the elderly, which represents the correct direction of the endowment, and the future of the community, the future of learning and the future of people. Through the discussion of the background, ideological foundation, practical experience, major obstacles and future prospects of the endowment on NBLC, this paper hopes to arouse wider social attention,leads to a deeper thinking of peer colleagues, and guides the construction of the endowment on NBLC in the right direction.
