摘要
对普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准(以下简称"国标")的整体内容和总体框架结构深入剖析,可以进一步推动对"国标"的研究、理解和把握,促进本科专业规范建设,提高人才培养质量。基于对"国标"类型分布和内容总体框架结构进行归纳分析,以及从定位标准、内容标准、保障标准和评价标准四个要素对"国标"内容进行定性定量的统计分析,总结"国标"各要素特点和"国标"整体特点,可以促进人们更好地践行落实"国标",并逐步完善和健全"国标"。
The overall analysis on the content and framework of National Standards for Teach-ing Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities(National Standards, NS), makesthe further research on understanding, and its well-practices, which also normative the major con-struction, and improve the quality of talent cultivation. The article inductively analyses the typedistribution and the general frame of NS. Based on location, content, guarantee and evaluationstandard, it gives the statistical analysis from qualitative and quantitative aspects, and sums up itscharacteristics of different factors and the whole, to practise and improve it well.
