摘要
由于我国高铁线路日益密集,城市地铁线路亦高速发展,地铁隧道的施工不可避免的需要穿越高铁线路,因此对高铁桥梁桩基存在巨大施工风险,而且对高铁桥梁的结构及运行的列车构成极大的安全隐患.文中通过有限元模拟进行工前风险评估及变形预测分析,并在侧穿段布设监测点进行盾构掘进动态监测,由数值模拟结果结合现场试验监测数据进行掘进参数优化,保证施工时高铁桥梁的安全.通过优化掘进参数和实时监测,控制盾构隧道侧穿施工对高速铁路桥梁桩基的变形影响,保证桥梁及上部高铁列车的安全.
As China's high-speed railway lines are rapidly developing and so do the urban subway lines, the construction of subway tunnels inevitably needs to cross the high-speed railway lines, which is a huge risk for the high speed railway bridge pile foundation and one of the most potential safety hazard for the structure of high-speed railway bridges and running trains, In this paper, pre-construction risk assessment and deformation prediction analysis were carried out by finite element simulation, and monitoring points were set up in the side-crossing section for dynamic monitoring of shield tunneling, Based on the numerical simulation results and field test data, tunneling parameters were optimized to ensure the safety of high-speed railway bridges during the construction, By optimizing tunneling parameters and real-time monitoring, the influence of side-crossing shield tunnel construction on the pile foundation is controlled, which guarantees the safety of the bridge and running trains,
