全无机钙钛矿量子点CsPbX_3(X=Cl,I,Br)的合成及其应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 基于钙钛矿结构的CsPbX_3(X=Cl, I,Br)量子点,以其优异的发光性能,如较高的量子效率(~90%)、发光波谱覆盖整个可见光谱(400~700 nm)和窄发射峰(12~42 nm)等,在太阳能利用和提高太阳能电池光电转化效率等前沿技术领域有着重要的应用价值.文中对近年来全无机铅卤钙钛矿CsPbX_3(X=Cl, I,Br)量子点的制备方法、性能影响因素、应用领域的研究进展进行了综述,并对其存在的不足进行了分析.以期为研发出具有优异发光性能的全无机铅卤钙钛矿量子点提供借鉴. CsPbX3(X=Cl,l,Br) quantum dots based on perovskite structure has shown excellent luminescence properties, including high quantum efficiency (-90 %). The emission spectrum covers the entire visible spectrum (400-700 nm) and narrow emission peak (12-42 nm), and has important application value in the utilization of solar energy and improvement of the efficiency of solar cell photoelectric conversion and other cutting-edge technology. This paper summarizes the progress of research in preparation methods, performance affecting factors and its application fields of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots CsPbX3(X=Cl,l,Br). In addition, the deficiencies of them are also analyzed. Based on those analysis, it can be expected to provide reference for the development of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots with excellent luminous properties.
