摘要
糖厂配电网络线路长,负荷情况复杂,三相不平衡、无功损耗、谐波等电能质量问题突出。有源滤波器具备无功、谐波及三相不平衡的动态跟踪与调整功能,在配电网络中得到了广泛的应用。本文基于现场实际应用需求,通过优化装置结构,提出可快拆快装模块化的低压有源电力滤波器设计依据,并进行研制开发。通过在糖厂实际生产工况下运行测试,对其功能进行验证,试验证明其消除低压侧三相不平衡,补偿无功功率,降低谐波的有效性,可用于具体的工程项目,对提高糖厂配网电能质量具有重要的意义。
The power quality issues of three-phase unbalance, reactive power losses and harmonics had been becoming extrusive with long distribution network route and complicated load in sugar factory. Active power filter had the dynamic tracking and adjusting function of reactive power, harmonic and three-phase unbalance, which had been widely used in distribution network. Based on actual application requirements, this paper proposed and developed a design justification of quick disassembly and quick assembly modularization of low voltage active power filter by optimizing the structure of the device. Besides, this paper verified the design through actual production conditions of sugar factory running tests, the experiment proved the effectiveness of eliminating low-voltage side three-phase unbalance, compensating reactive power and reducing harmonics, which could be used for specific engineering projects and had great significance to improve power quality of distribution network for sugar factories.
