基于高效液相色谱的景迈山晒青毛茶指纹图谱的初步研究

本文主要采取试验分析的方式,将景迈古茶山晒青毛茶中的没食子酸(GA)、表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、咖啡碱、儿茶素、表儿茶素(EC)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(GCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、茶叶碱作为主要对象,构建了景迈古茶山晒青毛茶的标准图谱。

In this paper, we adopt the method of test analysis, places of gallic acid （GA）, table gallic catechins, caffeine and catechins （EGC）, epicatechin （EC）, table gallic acid ester gallic catechins （EGCG）, gallnut catechins gallic acid ester （GCG）, epicatechin gallic acid ester （ECG）, tea alkaloids in dried green tea as the main object, build a standard map of dried green tea in Jingmai Tea mountain.
