本文首先分析了红外光谱技术的原理及分类,然后说明其优缺点,最后论述其在婴幼儿食品检测中的应用。
Firstly, the principle and classification of infrared spectroscopy were analyzed, then its advantages and disadvantages were explained. Finally, the application of infrared spectroscopy in infant food detection was discussed.
