摘要 目的:了解2017年河南省抽检食品中甜蜜素使用现状并分析评估。方法:在全省18个地市随机抽取了18个食品大类共5 010批食品样品,按照食品安全国家标准GB 5009.97-2016对样品中的甜蜜素进行检测。检测结果参照食品安全国家标准GB2760-2014进行判定,采用SPSS22对数据进行统计分析。结果:甜蜜素在各类食品中的整体检出率偏高,其中方便食品中的检出率最高为53.95%。结论:甜蜜素是一种普遍使用的食品添加剂,建议居民健康饮食,同时建议相关监管部门可加强方便食品、速冻食品、调味品、罐头以及酒类等高检出率、高超标率食品类别的监管。 Objective: Investigate and Assess the current situation of the use of cyclamate in food samples in Henan,2017.Methods: There was 5010 of 18 categories food commodities randomly collected from 18 cities,which had been detected for sodium cyclamate according to national standard methods GB 5009.97-2016. GB 2760-2014 was used to evaluate various food commodities, SPSS22 was used for the statistical analysis of the results. Results: The overall detection rate of sodium cyclamate in various foods was high, and the detection rate in convenience food was the highest, which was 53.95%. Conclusion: Sodium cyclamate is commonly used in food commodities as a food additive. It is recommended that residents eat healthy food and relevant regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of food categories such as convenience foods, quick-frozen foods, condiments, canned foods, and alcoholic beverages with high detection rates.
