摘要
本文对冷榨萝卜籽油生产线的制取及精制工艺的几个关键点进行了阐述,并探讨了主要设备的选型。实践表明,本工艺对萝卜籽油营养成分损失的控制效果较为理想,可使萝卜籽油营养成分保持率在90%以上。
Several key points in the production line of cold pressed radish seed oil and its refining process were expounded, and the selection of main equipment was discussed. Practice showed that this technology can control the nutrient loss of radish seed oil effectively, and the nutrient retention rate of radish seed oil can be over 90%.
