摘要
粮食收购是粮食产后收储作业的重要环节,本文从研究利用气力吸运技术实现散粮收购车自动装粮的角度,阐述了车载吸粮系统的结构总成、工作原理、压损计算及设备选型,以期为自装自卸散粮收购车的发展提供借鉴参考。
Grain purchase is an important part in the storage operation of grain post-harvest, From the perspective of the theory that vehicles of bulk grain loading grains automatically by pneumatic conveying technology, this paper elaborates many issues, including the entire structure of suction system on vehicles of bulk grain purchase, working principles, calculation on pressure loss and selection of machine types. Look forward to providing the reference for the development of the self-loading & unloading vehicles of bulk grain purchase.
