摘要
餐饮业属于服务行业,注重服务品质和顾客体验,而现阶段餐饮业的创新型人才缺乏导致其服务质量不高、管理制度不完善,无法满足客户的高层次需求,在一定程度上制约了餐饮业的发展。然而,层次需求理论在餐饮管理中的有效应用很好地解决了在管理过程中出现的问题,促进了餐饮业的健康发展。
Catering industry belongs to the service industry, focusing on service quality and customer experience. However, the lack of innovative talents in catering industry at the present stage leads to poor service quality, imperfect management system and inability to meet the high-level demands of customers, which to some extent restricts the development of catering industry. However, the effective application of hierarchical demand theory in catering management solves the problems in the management process and promotes the healthy development of catering industry.
