黄酒是中国传统保健养生佳品,具有丰富的生物活性。深入发掘黄酒中功效成分,在传统黄酒的基础上进一步强化黄酒产品的功效性,是今后黄酒产业发展的一个重要趋势。
Chinese rice wine is the traditional health drinks with luxuriant bioactivities. It is the important trend of the industry that deeply exploring the functional components and reinforcing its bioactivities based on the traditional products.
