摘要 食品是人类生命活动的物质基础,如果食品出现问题,不仅对人类的危害极大,同时还会对社会的稳定造成威胁。因此,需要加强食品检测技术的应用,进而解决食品的安全问题,以此来保护人民的身体健康。食品检测主要是对食品中的病原体、农药、兽药、化学污染物等有害物质进行检测,并对其进行限量分析,此项检测技术对日常生活具有极其重要的意义。本文主要对食品检测的内涵、发展现状以及发展趋势进行论述。 Food is the material basis of human life activities, if there is a problem with food, it will do great harm to human beings and also pose a threat to social stability. We need to strengthen the application of food detection technology to solve the problem of food safety in order to protect people’s health. Food testing is mainly to detect harmful substances in food, such as pathogens, pesticides, veterinary drugs, chemical pollutants and to analyze them in a limited amount. This detection technology is of great significance to our daily life. This article mainly discusses the connotation, development status and development trend of food inspection.
