摘要
本文依据《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》的要求,对市售的一款IgG含量达到10%的牛初乳粉产品进行功能性评价。结果表明,该牛初乳粉产品可明显增强小鼠的迟发型变态反应,提高小鼠的半数溶血值(HC_(50)),增加小鼠的碳廓清功能,增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和NK细胞的活性。由此可见,该牛初乳粉可增强细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性,即该牛初乳粉具有增强免疫力功能的作用。
This article conducted functional evaluation on a kind of bovine primary milk powder with an IgG content of 10%,and it is based on the requirements of the Health Food Functional Evaluation Procedures and Test Methods. The results showed that the bovinecolostrum powder could significantly enhance the delayed type hypersensitivity, HC50, phagocytosis ability of macrophage and activity of NK cell in mice, the bovine colostrum powder can enhance cellular immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear-macrophage phagocytic function and activity of NK cell, that is, the bovine colostrum powder has the function of enhancing immunity.
