我国农户2016年储藏稻谷黄曲霉毒素B1污染情况调查 被引量:10

AFLATOXIN B_1 CONTAMINATION DETECTION FOR PADDY GRAIN SAMPLES IN CHINESE FARM STORAGE IN 2016 IN CHINA

摘要 依据粮食行业标准,利用胶体金快速定量法,对184个采集自我国14个省/自治区、4个储粮生态区、10种不同装具的农户储藏稻谷样品的黄曲霉毒素B_1含量进行测定,并对不同省份、不同储粮生态区及不同装具样品的黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出情况进行了分析,以了解我国农户储藏稻谷黄曲霉毒素B_1的污染现状。结果表明:稻谷黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出率(≥2μL/kg)为16.9%,检出值100%低于国家食品安全标准(≤10μL/kg);但黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出(≥2μL/kg)率较高,贵州、云南、四川、广西和江苏5省黄曲霉毒素B_1检出率超过20%;第六和第七储粮生态区样品黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出率超过30%;金属仓、砖混仓、木柜和袋装样品黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出率在10%~20%之间。 In order to identify the aflatoxins B1 contamination situation of storage paddy grain from farmer in China,184 paddy grain samples collected at storage period from different regions were determined by rapid quantitative method of colloidal gold technique according to grain industry standard. And safety valuation was given based on national food standards. These samples collected from 14 province,4 grain storage ecological zone and 10 different facilities. The results showed that aflatoxin B_1 detection value of 184 paddy grain samples was 100% safety. But aflatoxin B_1 detection rate of Guizhou,Yunnan,Sichuan,Guangxi and Jiangsu province was more than 20%,and grain storage ecological zone? VI and VII was more than 30%.The aflatoxin B_1 detection rate of of paddy grain sample in metal warehouse,brick silo,wooden cabinet and bagged was between 10% ~ 20%.
