摘要
某些成形零件的孔在零件的侧壁且与水平成一定的角度θ,造成压力机运动方向与冲裁方向既不一致也不垂直。通过实例介绍了当10°<θ≤25°及25°<θ<30°时这种横向侧斜孔冲裁模具设计的方法,并根据模具运动和力学分析,推导出了斜楔垂直运动的距离与斜滑块冲孔所需要的距离的关系式及压力机滑块的力与冲孔所需要的力之间的关系式。
Some holes of parts are on the side wall and at a certain angle θ to the horizontal. It causes that the directions of press movement and blanking are neither consistent nor vertical. An example of the design of blanking die with landscape oblique holes was introduced when the angle θ was within the range of 10°〈 θ ≤25° and 25°〈 θ 〈30°. According to the movement of die and mechanics analysis, the relation between the distance of the vertical wedge movement and the required distance for oblique slide punching was deduced as well as the relation between the force of the press slider and for punching.
