摘要
为了保证风罩零件表面质量,并实现降低模具生产成本,通过分析工艺特点与相关工艺计算,制定了冲压方案。设计了落料拉深复合模与二次拉深翻边复合模,满足了制件表面不能有划伤、压伤与生产批量的要求,同时实现了落料、两次拉深、翻边多工序的有效结合。
In order to ensure the surface quality of the air cover parts and reduce the cost of the die production,the stamping scheme was formulated by analyzing the process characteristics and related process calculation.The first deep drawing compound die and the two deep drawing flanging compound die were designed to meet the requirement that the surface of the work piece could not be scratched,crushed and the production batch needed to be guaranteed.At the same time,the effective combination of blanking,deep drawing(two times)and multiple flanging processes was ensured.
