摘要 零件表面质量优劣对零件使用性能和使用寿命有着重要影响,切削温度是影响表面质量的主要原因之一。本研究首先论述在工件表面的形成过程中产生的积屑瘤、刀具磨损、表面金相组织变化等物理现象与切削温度的必然联系,然后依据金属切削原理和生产实践经验,深入探讨各物理现象对零件表面粗糙度、加工硬化和表面残余应力影响的内在原因,最后结合实际加工中积累的经验和理论分析结果,提出一些降低切削温度改善表面质量有效措施。 The surface quality of parts has an important influence on the service performance and service life ofthe parts, and cutting temperature is one of the main factors affecting the surface quality. This study mainlyanalyzes the effect of cutting temperature on the surface quality. Firstly, the author discusses the inevitableconnection between physical phenomena, such asbuilt-up edge, tool wear and the change of surfacemetallographic structure and cutting temperature during the formation process of the surface of the workpiece,and then based on metal-cutting principles and practical experience in production, discuss the inherent reasons ofthe physical phenomenon of stress influence on surface roughness, the work-harden and the residual stress.Finally, some effective measures to reduce the cutting temperature to improve the surface quality are put forwardin combination with the accumulated experience and theoretical analysis in actual processing.
