浅谈手术室突发事件的原因及护理防范对策

Discussion on Causes of Unexpected Events in Operating Room and Nursing Countermeasures

从护理方面、患者自身方面、医院方面及自然不可控因素入手,分析手术室突发事件的形成原因,并提出医院护理管理对策。通过科学合理有效的突发事件管理措施,能够显著提高医院风险管理能力与护理服务质量,提高医院手术安全,有利于医院的发展,更有利于患者的安全。

From the aspects of nursing,patients themselves,hospitals and natural uncontrollable factors,this paper analyzed the causes of the emergency events in the operating room and put forward the countermeasures of hospital nursing management.Through scientific,reasonable and effective emergency management measures,we can significantly improve the hospital risk management ability,the quality of nursing service,and the safety of operation in hospital,and also benefit the development of the hospital and the safety of patients.
