家庭健康管理模式对血液透析患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Family Health Management Model on Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨家庭健康管理模式对血液透析患者生活质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至7月在我院接受血液透析的106例患者,按照入院顺序,2017年1月至3月的53例患者作为对照组,2017年4月至7月的53例患者作为观察组。对照组患者给予常规健康教育模式,观察组患者给予家庭健康管理模式,比较两组患者的透析效果、并发症、生活质量以及睡眠质量。结果观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(p<0.05),生活质量和睡眠质量显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论家庭健康管理模式对血液透析患者具有重要意义,能提高患者的透析效果,改善患者的生活质量和睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of family health management model on quality of life and quality of sleep in hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2017 to July 2017,106 patients underwent hemodialysis in our hospital.A total of 53 patients from January 2017 to March 2017 were enrolled as the control group and 53 patients from April 2017 to July 2017 were enrolled as the observation group.The patients in the control group received the routine health education mode,while the patients in the observation group received the family health management mode.We then compared the dialysis effect,complication,quality of life and sleep quality between the two groups.Results The incidence of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and the quality of life and sleep were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The family health management model is of great significance to hemodialysis patients,which can improve the dialysis effect and improve the quality of life and sleep of patients.
