临床药师干预骨科大手术患者预防深静脉血栓效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of clinical pharmacists' intervention on deep vein thrombosis prevention in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery

目的:临床药师评价药学干预前后骨科大手术患者预防深静脉血栓的效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,抽取某二甲医院2015年6月–2017年5月骨科大手术病例147例,其中2016年6月–2017年5月72例为干预组,2015年6月–2016年5月75例为未干预组,对两组患者基本资料、深静脉血栓发生率、风险评估、基础预防措施、药物预防知晓率等情况进行对比,利用SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:两组基本资料无显著性差异(P> 0.05);与未干预组相比,干预组患者深静脉血栓发生率明显降低,有显著性差异(P <0.05),深静脉血栓风险因素评估率提高87%,基础措施预防措施使用率提高13%;两组药物预防知晓率(除预防药物选择外)有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:临床药师干预骨科大手术患者预防深静脉血栓全过程,发现干预后患者深静脉血栓发生率明显降低。

Objective： Clinical pharmacist evaluate effect of prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery before and after pharmaceutical intervention. Methods： A total of 147 cases undergoing major orthopedic surgery from June 2015 to May 2017 in a grade hospital were collected, among which 72 cases from June 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in intervention group and 75 cases from June 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in control group. Basic information of patients, incidence of deep vein thrombosis, risk evaluation, basic protective measure and awareness rate of drug prophylaxis were retrospectively and statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. Results： There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. In intervention group, the incidence of deep venous thrombosis was signifcantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the risk assessment rate of deep venous thrombosis and the utilization rate of basic prophylaxis in intervention group were increased by 87% and 13% respectively. There was a signifcant difference （P 〈 0.05） between the two groups in awareness rate of drug prophylaxis （except the selection of preventive drugs）. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists intervened the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery. Meanwhile, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis reduced signifcantly after intervention.
