桑树远缘杂交3个选育材料的性状及产叶量鉴定

摘要 为桑树远缘杂交选育材料远杂1号、远杂2号、远杂3号的应用提供参考,对3个选育材料的性状及产叶量进行鉴定。结果表明:3个远缘杂交选育材料表现出发芽较早、发芽率高、生长芽率高、叶片硬化较迟、生长期较长、落叶较晚和产叶量较高的特点。经品比试验,远杂1号发芽率为80.70%、生长芽率为22.31%,比对照(湖桑32号)分别增加18.49和6.97百分点;春梢平均长64.3cm、夏秋梢平均长100.5cm,比对照分别提高12.81%和24.54%;全年产叶3.06kg/株,比对照提高23.89%。远杂2号发芽率为65.23%、生长芽率为16.50%,比对照分别增加3.02和1.16百分点;春梢平均长70.3cm、夏秋梢平均长96.2cm,比对照分别增加23.33%和19.21%;全年产叶3.14kg/株,比对照提高27.13%。远杂3号发芽率为72.62%,生长芽率为17.03%,比对照分别增加10.41和1.69百分点;春梢平均长62.7cm、夏秋梢平均长91.4cm,比对照分别提高10%和13.26%;全年产叶2.78kg/株,比对照提高12.55%。远杂1号、远杂2号、远杂3号均是稚蚕期食料供给的优良材料。 The characters and leaf yield of three breeding materials from distant hybridization between Morus laevigate cultivated mulberry varieties are identified to provide a reference for application of Mulberry breeding material Yuanza 1, Yuanza 2 and Yuanza 3. Result: Yuanza 1, Yuanza 2 and Yuanza 3 all have the advantages of early germination, high germination rate, high growth bud rate, later leaf hardening, long growth period, later defoliation and high leaf yield. The germination rate, growth bud rate, average spring shoot length, average summer-autumn shoot length and annual leaf yield of Yuanza 1 are 80.70%, 22.31%, 64.3 cm, 100.5 cm and 3.06 kg/plant, 18.49%, 6.97%, 12.81%, 24.54% and 23.89% higher than CK (Husang 32) respectively. The germination rate, growth bud rate, average spring shoot length, average summer-autumn shoot length and annual leaf yield of Yuanza 2 are 65.23%, 16.50% , 70.3 cm, 96.2 cm and 3.14 kg/plant , 3.02%, 1.16%, 23.33%, 19.21% and 27.13% higher than CK respectively. The germination rate, growth bud rate, average Spring shoot length, average summer-autumn shoot length and annual leaf yield of Yuanza 3 are 72.62%, 17.03%, 62.7 cm, 91.4 cm and 2.78 kg/plant, 10.41%, 1.69% , 10%, 13.26% and 12.55% higher than CK respectively.Yuanza 1,Yuanza 2 and Yuanza 3 are excellent strains for food supply of young silkworm.
