灵芝袋装栽培物料配方的筛选

Screening of Materials Formula for Bagging Cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum

筛选适合灵芝低成本袋料栽培物料配方,为灵芝生产提供参考,以枯枝落叶和玉米秸秆等园林和农业生产废弃物为材料,在实验室采用袋料培养方法研究不同袋料栽培对灵芝菌丝体生长长度和密度的影响,以筛选易于形成灵芝子实体原基的合适物料配方。结果表明:用57%枯枝落叶、40%玉米秸秆、1.5%蔗糖和1.5%石膏配方袋料栽培灵芝,在生长环境温度为25~28℃、空气相对湿度为80%~90%和散射光照条件下,易形成灵芝子实体,且菌丝体的生长速度最快、密度最大、颜色洁白和生长状态最佳。

The litter and cornstalk are used as culture materials for bagging cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum to study the effects of different litter and cornstalk proportion on mycelium length and density of G. lucidum under the bagging cultivation pattern and to screen the optimum materials formula for primordia formation of G. lucidum fruiting bodies. Result： The bagging cultivation of G. lucidum strain inoculated on the medium composed of 57% litter, 40% cornstalk, 1.5% sucrose and 1.5% gypsum can form fruiting bodies of G. lucidum easily under the conditions of 25-28℃, 80%-90% relative air humidity and scattering light and the growth rate and density of the mycelia with pure white color reach the maximum.
