摘要
针对载人密封舱安装内部设备常用的金属框架式或标准机柜式结构重量大、设计复杂等缺点,根据载人密封舱的使用需求,设计了一种新型内部设备安装结构,采用蜂窝夹层板搭接的结构形式,形成封闭板式框架;通过设计快拆和合页结构,解决了内部仪器设备需在轨快速维修的难题。模态和静力仿真分析以及静力试验验证了设计的合理性和可靠性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of heavy weight and complicated design of commonly usedmetal frame type structure or standard cabinet type structure for installing internal equipment in man-ned capsule, a new type of installing structure for internal equipment was designed according to therequirements of manned capsule. The honeycomb sandwich plate overlapping structure was adoptedto form a closed plate frame. Through the design of fast disassembly structure and hinge structure,the problem of rapid maintenance of internal instruments and equipment on orbit was solved. Modaland static simulation analysis and static test verified the rationality and reliability of the design.
