This paper makes a theoretical study and practical exploration on the function of unified management standards entrusted to the newly formed market supervision department by the reform of the Party and the state organization, and holds that the performance of unified standard management function in the new era should be under the strong leadership of the Party. Adhering to the principle of administering according to law, adhering to the principle of taking the people as the central task, actively implementing the standardization strategy, establishing a system of high quality development standards, and pushing China＇s standards to go out, in order to stimulate market vitality, optimize the business environment of fair competition, and stick to the bottom line of safety, to meet the needs of a better life for the people to provide strong technical support.
