摘要
伴随着人们健身意识和健身消费意愿的不断提升,健身服务产业化发展的步伐也不断的加快,但在其规模化发展的同时也出现了管理欠到位和服务水平不规范,健身俱乐部品牌建设乏力等突出问题,因此健身俱乐部服务质量要实现更高层次的突破,应从健身俱乐部服务的标准化体系构建着手,切实规范健身俱乐部商业化发展的管理标准、服务标准等具体操作环节。论文针对江西省商业性健身俱乐部服务质量中存在的共性问题,在充分借鉴标准化理论知识的基础上结合实践环节进行分析,尝试构建一种全新的健身俱乐部服务标准化体系,为全面提升健身行业的管理水平和服务质量提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of people's fitness awareness and fitness consumption intention, the pace of industrialization of fitness services has been accelerated. At the same time, there are some outstanding problems such as inadequate management and service level, lack of brand building of fitness clubs, and so on. In order to achieve a higher level of breakthrough in quality, we should start with the standardization system of fitness club services, and standardize the management standards and service standards of the commercial development of fitness clubs. Aiming at the common problems existing in the service quality of commercial fitness clubs in Jiangxi Province, this paper tries to construct a brand-new service standardization system of fitness clubs on the basis of fully referring to the theoretical knowledge of standardization and combining with practical links, to provide reference for improving the management level and service quality of the fitness industry in our province.
