孕产妇产前免疫学检查的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of prenatal Immunology Examination for pregnant women

目的探究孕妇产前免疫学检查的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年5月本院收治的预产期孕妇300例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组产妇进行常规产前检查,观察组产妇在常规检查的基础上进行免疫学检查;统计两组孕妇高危妊娠的情况,围产期不良事件的发生情况及对孕前检查的满意度。结果对照组孕妇高危妊娠发生率为15.33%(23/150),显著高于观察组的高位妊娠发生率(2.67%,4/150)(P<0.05);对照组孕妇围产期不良事件发生率为6.67%(10/150),显著高于观察组孕妇围产期不良事件发生率(0.00%,0/150)(P<0.05);对照组孕妇孕前检查的满意度为82.00%(123/150),显著低于观察组孕前检查的满意度(97.33%,146/150)(P<0.05)。结论孕产妇产前进行免疫检查对于尽早发现高危妊娠因素、采取有效的干预措施从而减少不良妊娠结局,保障新生儿的质量具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal immunology examination for pregnant women. Method 300 cases of pregnant women were selected in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random digital table method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine prenatal examination, and the observation group received immunological examination on the basis of routine examination. The high risk pregnancy, the occurrence of perinatal adverse events and the satisfaction of pre pregnancy examination in the two groups of pregnant women were counted. Results The incidence of high risk pregnancy in the control group was 15. 33% （23/150）, which was significantly higher than the high pregnancy rate in the observation group （2. 67%, 4//150） （P〈0. 05）, and the incidence of perinatal adverse events in the control group was 6.67 % （10/150） , which was significantly higher than the incidence of perinatal adverse events in the observation group（0.00%,0/150）（P〈0.05） ; The satisfaction before pregnancy of pregnant women in the control group was 82.00% （123/150）, which was significantly lower than the satisfaction before pregnancy in the observation group （97.33%, 146/150） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Maternal prenatal immunology examination is of great significance for early detection of high risk pregnancy factors, ef fective interventions to reduce adverse pregnancy outcome, and to ensure the quality of the newborn.
