摘要
介绍新型催化法烟气脱硫技术的技术原理和技术特点。该技术是一种干法脱硫技术,以炭基材料为载体,负载不同的活性催化成分,制成一种低温脱硫催化剂,在70-140℃温度范围内具有较高的脱硫效率。本文针对焦化尾气的特点,分析该技术在脱硫尾气治理工程中的设计思路和工艺路线,并对工程运行情况进行分析和总结,提出优化建议。
This paper introduces the technical principle and characteristics of a new catalytic flue gas desulfurization technology. This technology is a dry desulphurization technology, a low temperature desulfurization catalyst were prepared by using carbon based materials as carriers and supporting different active catalytic components, it has high desulfurization efficiency in the temperature range of 70-140℃. According to the characteristics of Coking exhaust gas, this paper analyzes the design idea and technological route in a desulfurization treatment project, besides, it summarizes the operation of the project and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.
