摘要 《星期三的战争》和《六年级大逃亡》诞生于不同的时代与国度,但都是书写年轻生命精神困境的校园小说,两位作家在其中展现了各自的教育理念。作品中的叛逆少年个性相似却拥有迥异的成长道路,这离不开其背后的成长引路人不同引导路径的影响。结合作家童年经验与时代背景来看,西方儿童文学正在强化群体意识,而中国儿童文学则积极倡扬个体意识,两部作品都表现出一定的个体性与群体性。 Even though finished in different eras and countries, The Wednesday Wars and Escape from the Sixth Grade are both campus novel about the troubles of young lives. Both of the writers present their educational ideas in the novels. The major teenagers have similar personal characteristics but totally different fates, which are influenced by different guidance from adults. With the combination of the childhood experience with the time background of the authors, group awareness is strengthened in western children's literature and individual awareness is promoted in Chinese children's literature, but generally the awareness of individuality and group is found in the two novels.
