摘要 基于管道应力软件CAESARⅡ对空调管道在不同温度区间的操作应力和二次应力进行分析,得出结论:管道温度在低温区间内,管道操作应力随温度的升高而减小但变化幅度极小。在高温区间内,管道操作应力随温度的升高而增大且变化幅度较大。而管道的二次应力在整个温度区间内都随着温度的升高而增加,并且高温对其影响更大。 Based on the pipeline stress software CAESARⅡ,the operating stress and secondary stress of air conditioning pipes with different temperatures are analyzed under a certain pressure condition. The result shows that∶the operating stress of the pipeline decreases slightly at low temperature and increases evidently at high temperature with the increasement of the pipe temperature. While the secondary stress of air conditioning pipes increases with the increasement of the pipe temperature at whole temperature interval, especially at high temperature.
