浅谈我国对农业面源污染的治理

农业面源污染作为非点源污染在农业领域的表现形式,农村美不美,环境好不好,直接关系到农民生活质量的提高。党的十九大提出,加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国。要坚持绿色发展,推进农业生态文明建设,就要加强对农村突出环境问题综合治理,其中农业面源污染治理尤为关键。只有通过多措并举,完善农业生产结构,研发推广绿色农业新技术,以及建立完善治理监督工作机制,才能有效改善农业面源污染。

As a non-point source of agricultural pollution in the agricultural field, the rural is beauty or not , the environment is good or not, directly related to the improvement of farmers quality of life. The 19th CPC National Congress proposed to speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China. To maintain green development and promote the development of agro-ecological civilization, we must strengthen the comprehensive management of rural outstanding environmental issues, in which the control of agricultural source pollution is particularly critical. Only through multiple measures, improving the agricultural production structure, developing and popularizing new green agricultural technologies, and establishing and improving the governance and supervision mechanism can effectively improve the pollution of agricultural sources.
