摘要
桥梁施工中合理的墩台施工技术不仅能保证桥梁的工程质量和使用性能,还能大大的节约施工成本和施工周期。本文以北京至沈阳铁路客运专线老牛河特大桥墩台施工为例,研究探讨了特大桥承台、圆端形实体墩及空心墩墩身施工技术方案及施工工艺流程,介绍了墩身冷却循环系统设计方案及桥梁墩台不均匀沉降观测方法,采用的新工法既保证了工程的顺利进展,取得了一定的经济效益,可为类似桥梁工程设计与施工提供借鉴。
The pier construction technology of the bridge construction can ensure the construction quality of the bridge, the construction cost and construction cycle are also greatly saved. Based on construction technology of Laoniu River bridge pier of Passenger dedicated line from Beijing to Shenyang, discussed the bridge cap, round-shaped process and solid pier hollow pier construction technology scheme and construction technology, introduces the cooling system design scheme and the bridge pier uneven settlement observation method, the new method not only ensure the the smooth progress of the project, also has achieved certain economic benefits, and provides a reference for similar projects.
