倍他乐克和依那普利治疗慢性扩张型心肌病心功能不全效果及药学分析

Effects of Betaloc and Enalapril on Cardiac Insufficiency in Chronic Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Pharmaceutical Analysis

目的探讨慢性扩张型心肌病心功能不全实施倍他乐克和依那普利治疗的效果。方法选择德州运河经济开发区运河街道办事处卫生院2016年1月—2017年12月间120例慢性扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者,按随机数表分组:单一组(n=60)、联合组(n=60),单一组实施单用倍他乐克治疗,联合组行倍他乐克联合依那普利治疗,对比不同用药方案的效果及安全性。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率91.7%较单一组66.7%明显升高(P=0.001),联合组患者治疗后心率(76.1±7.4)次/min、平均动脉压(104.3±24.8)mmHg、左室舒张末期内径(57.8±5.8)mm较单一组(82.3±10.3)次/min、(110.5±24.6)mmHg、(61.5±5.3)mm明显降低(P=0.000、0.044、0.000),联合组患者治疗后左室射血分数(34.5±4.3)%较单一组(32.1±4.6)%明显升高(P=0.004)。联合组患者用药后不良反应发生率6.7%较单一组5.0%差异无统计学意义(P=0.697)。结论慢性扩张型心肌病心功能不全实施倍他乐克和依那普利联合治疗可达到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of betaloc and enalapril in the treatment of chronic dilated cardiomyopathy with cardiac insufficiency. Methods 120 patients with chronic dilated cardiomyopathy with cardiac dysfunction from January 2016 to December2017 in the Canal Street Economic Office of Dezhou Canal Economic Development Zone were grouped according to the random num-ber table： single group（n=60）, the combination group（n=60）, single group was treated with betaloc, and the combination group was treated with betaloc and enalapril to compare the efficacy and safety of different medication regimens. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the single group（66.7%）（P=0.001）. The heart rate after treatment（76.1±7.4） times/min, mean arterial pressure（104.3±24.8） mmHg, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（57.8±5.8） mm was significantly lower than that of the single group（82.3 ±10.3） times/min,（110.5±24.6） mmHg,（61.5±5.3） mm（P=0.000, 0.044, 0.000）, combined group of left ventricular ejection fraction（34.5±4.3）% was significantly higher in patients after treatment than in the single group（32.1±4.6）%（P=0.004）. The incidence of adverse reactions after drug administration was 6.7% in the combined group compared with 5.0% in the single group the difference was no statistically significant（P =0.697）. Conclusion The combination of betaloc and enalapril can achieve good therapeutic effects in patients with chronic dilated cardiomyopathy.
