中药外敷联合康复理疗治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Rehabilitation Physiotherapy on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨中药外敷联合康复理疗治疗周围性面神经麻痹的方法与疗效。方法选择该院在2017年1—12月期间收治的周围性面神经麻痹患者60例,以患者采用治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组与对照组各30例。该院给予观察组患者中药外敷联合康复理疗治疗,给予对照组患者采用单纯的中药外敷的药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的面肌功能恢复评分。结果最终观察组患者治疗痊愈15例,显效9例,有效3例,总有效率是90.0%,对照组则是6例痊愈,9例显效,6例有效,9例无效,总有效率为70.0%,明显比观察组更低(χ~2=4.217,P<0.05)。在面肌功能评分方面,两组患者治疗前的评分较为接近,比较差异无统计学意义(t=-2.713,P>0.05),治疗后两组患者功能评分均提升,其中观察组患者提升更明显,表明面肌功能恢复更好(t=7.528,P<0.05)。结论针对临床周围性面神经麻痹患者采用中药外敷联合康复理疗的方法进行治疗,临床效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,恢复面肌功能,具有很高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the method and effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by 30 patients. In the hospital, the patients in the observation group were treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine and rehabili-tation physiotherapy. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine external application. The clini-cal treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the recovery of facial muscle function before and after treatment were compared.Results In the final observation group, 15 patients were cured, 9 were markedly effective, 3 were effective, and the total effective rate was 90.0%. In the control group, 6 were cured, 9 were markedly effective, 6 were effective, and 9 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.0%, significantly lower than the observation group（χ^2=4.217, P〈0.05）. In terms of facial muscle function scores, the scores of the two groups before treatment were relatively close, there was no statistical difference（t=-2.713,P〈0.05）. After treatment,the functional scores of the two groups were improved, and the patients in the observation group were more obvious. It showed that the facial muscle function recovered better（t=7.528,P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with clinical peripheral facial paralysis, traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy is used for treatment. The clinical effect is signifi-cant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and restore facial muscle function. It has high application value.
