针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Rehabilitation Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法 2014年9月—2017年8月,随机选取该院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者88例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1∶1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者44例,对照组实施康复疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上行针灸治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(93.18%vs 75.00%,χ~2=5.436,P=0020);治疗前两组患者VAS评分、日常生活能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月后,两组患者上述评分均明显改善,且观察组VAS评分较低,日常生活能力评分较高(P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中,针灸康复疗法效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,提升其日常生活能力,推荐推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From September 2014 to August 2017, 88 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital were randomly se-lected as the study subjects. According to their odds and odds of admission, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the ratio（1∶1）. Forty-four patients in each group were treated with rehabilitation therapy in the control group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of this, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（93.18% vs 75.00%, χ^2=5.436, P =0.020）. The VAS score and daily living ability of the two groups before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in scores（P〈0.05）. After 6 months of treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower, and the scores of daily living ability were higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, the effect of acupuncture rehabilitation therapy is signifi-cant, which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their daily living ability.
