改良富血小板纤维蛋白在自体牙移植中的临床应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨改良富血小板纤维蛋白(APRF)在自体牙移植中的临床应用效果。方法选择2014年1月至2017年12月就诊于我院患者41例(44颗牙)进行自体牙移植,按患者意愿随机分为A、B两组。A、B两组均为埋伏牙或阻生牙微创拔除后移植修复缺失牙。A组21例23颗牙采用自体牙移植并植入APRF,B组20例21颗牙单纯行自体牙移植。移植牙采用弹性钢丝固定,并于移植2周时进行根管治疗。结果经过12个月的随访,A组的成功率为91.3%,存留率为95.6%;B组的成功率为66.7%,存留率为90.5%。经χ~2检验,A组与B组成功率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.095,P=0.043)、存留率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.463,P=0.496)。结论 APRF在自体牙移植愈合过程中可以促进牙周软硬组织的愈合,提高自体牙移植成功率。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified platelet rich fibrin in autogenous tooth transplantation. Methods 41 patients (44 teeth) who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, A and B, according to their wishes. The two groups of A and B were implanted with impacted teeth or after removal of impacted teeth. In group A, 23 teeth in 21 cases were transplanted with autogenous teeth and implanted in APRF. In group B, 21 teeth in 20 cases were treated with autogenous tooth transplantation alone. The transplanted teeth were fixed with elastic steel wires and treated with endodontic treatment at 2 weeks after transplantation. Results After 12 months of follow- up, the success rate of group A was 91.3 %, the survival rate was 95.6 %, the success rate of B group was 66.7 %, and the survival rate was 90.5 %. After examination, the success rate of group A and group B was statistically significant (χ^2= 4. 095, P = 0. 043), and there was no significant difference in retention rate(χ^2= 0. 463, P = 0. 496). Conclusion APRF can promote the healing of periodontal soft and hard tissue during the healing process of au- togenous tooth transplantation, and improve the success rate of autogenous tooth transplantation.
