水稻柱头外露率及柱头颜色的QTL分析 被引量:2

摘要 水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,在保障粮食安全和生物科学研究中具有举足轻重的地位。本研究利用高柱头外露率籼稻品种贵2136S作为母本、低柱头外露率粳稻品种日本晴作为父本,构建了由237个单株组成的F_2群体,并对柱头外露率、穗粒数和柱头颜色进行表型调查和相关性分析,采用复合区间作图法,进行了数量性状位点(quantative trait loci,QTL)检测,最终构建了一张包括146对InDel标记和7对SSR标记的遗传连锁图,图谱总长为1 921.03 cM,标记间平均距离为12.56 cM。共检测到38个与柱头外露率、穗粒数和柱头颜色相关的QTL,其中包括6个主效QTL,分别为1个控制柱头单边外露率的QTL、1个控制柱头双边外露率的QTL、1个控制柱头总外露率的QTL、1个控制穗粒数的QTL和2个控制柱头颜色的QTL。 Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world. It is vex-y important to bl.ced high - yielding rice varieties to feed the incl.casing population. In this study, an F2 population composed of 237 single plants were derived from crosses between the indica variety Gui 2136S with high stigma exsertion rate and the japonica variety Nipponbat.c with low stigma exsertion rate, and the phenotype investigation and cmTelation analysis wel.c conducted in exserted stigma, spikelet number per panicle and stigma color. The CIM method was employed to detect the QTLs. A linkage map containing 146 paris of InDels and 7 pairs of SSR markers was constructed with the total length of 1 921.03 cM and the average distance between markers of 12.56 cM. Thirty - eight QTLs wel.c detected on percentage of exserted stigma, spikelet per panicle and stigma color. Among them, six major QTLs wet.c identified including one QTL of percentage of exserted stigma, one QTL of percentage of single exserted stigma, one QTL of percentage of dual exserted stigma, one QTL of spikelet number per panicle and two QTLs of stigma color.
