10个自选玉米自交系的穗部性状配合力及遗传参数分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用黄淮海玉米区6个代表自交系与自选的10个自交系,按照NC-Ⅱ设计组配60个杂交组合,分析10个自交系7个穗部性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应,结果表明10902、10950和11502的综合性状一般配合力表现优良,是组配强优势组合的优良自交系。10902×PH4CV、10913×昌7-2、10950×昌7-2、10950×新A3、11502×郑58、11502×9058、11520×9058和11575×9058单株粒重表现出较高的特殊配合力效应。穗长、穗行数、百粒重和出籽率可根据育种目标进行早代选择;穗粗、行粒数、单株粒重等受环境影响较大,不宜进行早代选择。 Six typical and 10 self- bleeding maize inbred lines were used as materials, and NC - ]I de- sign was adopted to made 60 hybrid combinations in this experiment. The general combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA)of 7 ear characters were analyzed. The results showed that the inbred lines as 10902, 10950 and 11502 showed higher GCA in main characters, which were good inbred lines for strong heterotic crosses. Eight cross combinations as 10902 x PH4CV, 10913 x Chang7 - 2, 10950 x Chang 7 -2, 10950 x Xin A3, 11502 x Zheng 58, 11502 x9058, 11520 x9058 x 11575 x9058 had higher SCA in single grain weight. Among the studied characters, the ear length, rows per ear, 100 -kernal weight and seed rate should be selected in early generation, and the ear diameter, kernals per row and kernal weight per plant should be selected in late generation.
