砧木对苹果接穗果实影响研究进展

Advances in Research of Rootstocks Influencing Apple Fruits

砧木在苹果树生长发育过程中发挥着基础性作用。不同砧木对苹果接穗果实的品质、产量都有较大影响。探讨砧木对苹果接穗果实的影响对实现我国苹果品质提升、产量提高有重要意义。本文就苹果砧木对苹果果实外观性状(单果重、果型指数、果个大小等)、内在品质(糖、酸、维生素、矿质元素、酚类物质、香气物质等)及果实产量等方面的影响进行了简要综述,指出现有研究的不足之处,并展望了未来砧木对苹果接穗果实影响的研究方向。

Rootstocks play essential roles during the growth and development of apple tree. Different ro- otstocks have great influences on the quality and yield of apple fruits. It is significant to study the influences of rootstocks on apple fruits for improving the quality and yield. In this paper, we summerized the influences of rootstocks on the shape characters （ single fruit weight, fruit shape index and fruit size）, internal quality （ sugar, acid, vitamin, mineral elements, phenolic and fragrance substances） and yield of apple fruits, as well as pointed out the shortcoming of existing researches and looked forward the research areas of rootstocks influencing apple fruits in future.
