摘要
养猪场户的质量安全行为直接影响生猪健康状况和猪肉质量安全水平。改善养猪场户的质量安全行为,是从源头保障猪肉质量安全的根本途径。本研究基于山东省的588份调查问卷,运用Logit模型实证分析了养猪场户质量安全行为改善意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:饲养方式、合作组织状况、残留危害认知、健康养殖认知、质量安全认知和产地检验对养猪场户质量安全行为改善意愿有显著影响,提出了强化养猪场户质量安全行为改善意愿的对策建议。
The quality safety behaviors of pig farmers directly affect pig health status and pork quality safety level. To improve quality safety behaviors of pig farmers is a fundamental approach to safeguard pork quality and safety from the source. In this paper,utilizing 588 questionnaires from Shandong and Logit model to empirically, we analyzed the influence factors on intention of improving quality safety behaviors for pig farmers. The findings showed that feeding model, cooperative association status, residual damage cognition, health feeding cognition, quality safety cognition and origin inspection had significant influences on intention of improving quality safety behaviors for pig farmers. Based on it, the countermeasures were proposed for intensifying intention of improving quality safety behaviors for pig farmers.
