摘要
21世纪,越来越多的人把目光聚焦在知识的掌握和运用能力上,故以能力为导向的培养模式成为高校人才培养的重要目标。本文结合本科生理教学,从构建能力为目标的教学实践体系和建立以能力为核心的考核及评价体系方面讨论如何提升学生的全面能力,包括自主学习能力、实践能力、应用能力及科研思维能力,以使其更能适应社会需求。
With the rapid development of the society in twenty-first Century, more and more people focus on the ability to master and use knowledge. Therefore, the ability-oriented training model has become the goal of the training of talents in colleges and universities. Combined with physiology teaching, it discusses how to enhance students' ability, such as autonomous learning ability, practical ability, application ability and scientific research thinking ability, so as to adapt to the needs of society from two aspects: building a teaching practice system based on ability and establishing capability centered assessment and evaluation system.
