探讨"专业导师教育制"结合了中医师承和现代导师制的优势,成立中西医导师精英团队,对中医学"卓越医师"的学生进行精英式的培养,旨在全面提升学生的中西医理论及临床实践技能,结果显示具有一定的创新能力,构建自己对医学知识的体系理解,有利于成为未来继承和发扬中医药文化的全面发展的中医精英人才。

The ＂professional tutor system＂ was discussed in this paper combines the advantages of the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine teacher and the modern tutor system. Through the establishment of the elite team of Chinese and Western medicine tutors, the students of ＂distinguished physician＂ of traditional Chinese medicine are trained elite, and the students＇ theory of Chinese and Western medicine and the practical skills are promoted in an all-round way. The new ability will eventually build its own understanding of the medical knowledge system and become the elites of TCM in the future to inherit and carry forward the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
