基于“三三合一”实践教学模式培养中医预防保健研究生的探索

Exploration on Cultivating Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevention Health Postgraduates Based on "Triple-trinity" Practice Teaching Model

我国沉重的医疗负担已成为社会热点问题,国家大力推进中医保健服务与中医"治未病"工作,中医预防保健人才的培养模式面临巨大挑战。作为高等中医院校附属医院应充分发挥自身优势,将研究生能力培养做为主线,同时提高学生创新研发能力,探索"三三合一"模式培养预防保健研究生的有效途径,弥补现有人才培养模式的不足。该教学模式对于搭建高校社会服务平台、发挥高等医学院校在教育改革中的价值和作用具有启示意义。

China＇s medical burden has become a social problem, the state vigorously promote the health care services and TCM ＂preventive treatment＂ work, the training model of TCM prevention health talents faces enormous challenges. As the affiliated hospital of Chinese medicine college, the hospital should give full play to its own advantages, take the cultivation of graduate students＇ ability as the main line, and development ability, to explore the effective ways to train the graduate students of preventive health care in the mode of ＂triple-trinity＂, to make up for the deficiency of the existing talent training model. It is of great significance for setting up the social service platform and exerting the value and function of higher medical colleges in the educational reform.
