摘要
目的探讨Mini-CEX在呼吸科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法将2017年7月—2018年5月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院进行规范化培训的30名住院医师分为Mini-CEX组(15名)及对照组(15名)。Mini-cex组住院医师接受Mini-CEX教学,对照组接受传统带教法教学。比较临床学习结束后2组学员理论考试及Mini-CEX测评结果。结果 MiniCEX组和对照组理论成绩分别为(90.13±3.71)分、(85.63±3.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Mini-CEX组在问诊技巧、体格检查、沟通技巧、临床辩证思维、临床诊断、人文关怀、能力及效率、整体临床胜任力的成绩为(7.07±0.88)分、(6.87±1.69)分、(6.8±0.86)分、(7.33±1.11)分、(7.47±1.19)分、(7.93±0.88)分、(7.73±1.39)分、(7.2±0.77)分,对照组依次为(6.07±0.88)分、(5.93±0.79)分、(6.07±0.96)分、(6.47±0.92)分、(6.67±0.89)分、(6.87±1.06)分、(6.8±0.94)分、(6.33±0.89),2组住院医师Mini-CEX测评成绩的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Mini-CEX组培训效果优于对照组。结论Mini-CEX法能够提高呼吸科住院医师的临床能力。
Objective To explore the application value of Mini-CEX in standardized training of residents in respiration department. Methods 30 resident physicians who were trained in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to May 2018 were divided into group Mini-CEX (15) and control group (15) according to different teaching methods. Group Mini-cex received Mini-CEX teaching, while the control group used traditional teaching method. The two groups completed theoretical examination and Mini-CEX evaluation after clinical study. The theoretical scores and the scores of Mini-CEX of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical scores of group Mini-CEX and the control group were (90.13±3.71) and (85.63±3.13) respectively. The difference between the the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). With respect to the examination skills, physical examination, communication skills, clinical dialectical thinking, clinical diagnosis, humanistic care, ability and efficiency, and the overall clinical competence,the score of Mini-CEX group were (7.07±0.88), (6.87±1.69), (6.8±0.86), (7.33±1.11), (7.47±1.19), (7.93 ±0.88), (7.73±1.39), (7.2±0.77), while the scores of the control group were (6.07±0.88), (5.93±0.79), (6.07±0.96), (6.47 ±0.92), (6.67±0.89), (6.87±1.06), (6.8±0.94), (6.33±0.89). The score of Mini-CEX group in the eight aspects were higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mini-CEX can improve the clinical ability of residents.
