The Clinical Experience of Chinese Classic Herbal Formula in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi

目的评价中医经方治疗泌尿系结石疾病的临床疗效。方法分析泌尿系结石的现代医学病因病机以及与祖国医学病因病机的不同之处,说明现代医学的治疗是治标不治本的,而祖国医学从整体病机出发,能够标本同治,并列举临床案例佐证。结果通过中医整体辨证,从患者体质出发,结合舌脉,运用经方六经辨证,方证对应,对泌尿系结石疾病取得了很好的疗效。结论中医经方治疗泌尿系结石优势突出,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese classic herbal formula in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods Through the analysis of the modern medical etiology and pathogenesis of urinary calculi and different, and etiology suggests that treatment of modern medicine is take temporary solution not effect a permanent cure, and starting from the overall pathogenesis, motherland medicine pathogenesis, and clinical case. Results Through the integral syndrome differentiation of TCM, starting from the patients＇ health, combined with the tongue veins, using six-channel differentiation by Chinese classic herbal formula, in response to clinical urinary calculi disease has obtained the good curative effect. Conclusion Chinese classic herbal formula in the treatment of urinary calculi has outstanding advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
