摘要
本文对脑卒中继发癫痫的影响因素进行分析,重点阐述脑卒中继发癫痫预防性护理及中医康复护理干预,综述脑卒中继发癫痫的护理研究进展。以增强对脑卒中继发癫痫影响因素的认识,降低发作次数,改善患者的生存质量及提升护理的满意度,降低致残率及致死率。为脑卒中继发癫痫患者护理提供参考依据。
This paper analyzed the influence factors of stroke secondary epilepsy, emphasized on stroke secondary epilepsy preventive nursing and rehabilitation nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, summarized the development of nursing research in stroke secondary epilepsy, in order to enhance the understanding of the influencing factors of secondary epilepsy after stroke, reduce the number of seizures, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing, and reduce the disability rate and mortality rate. In addition, the prospect of nursing research is prospected to provide reference for the future nursing of patients with epilepsy after stroke.
