摘要
桔梗药食兼用,在医药及食品工业领域着广泛的应用。野生桔梗分布广泛,种质多样,为桔梗遗传育种提供了丰富的遗传物质基础。杂交、诱变、多倍体诱导、基因工程、定向选择等育种技术在桔梗新品种的选育方面进行了较多探索。根据桔梗市场的不同需求,本文从桔梗的资源分布、种质研究、育种技术等研究进行综述分析,旨在为定向选育药用型和食用型桔梗优良品种提供思路。
Platycodon grandiflorum as Medical and food were widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Wide distribution and mutiple germplasm resources of wild Platycodon grandiflorum provided rich genetic material basis for its genetic breeding. Breeding techniques such as hybridization, mutagenesis, polyploid induction, genetic engineering and directed-breeding were researched in the new varieties of Platycodon grandiflorum. According to the the market, resources distribution,germplasm studies and breeding techniques of Platycodon grandiflorum were reviewed, which can provide ideas for the directed--breeding of medicinal and edible Platycodon grandiflorum varieties.
