兵团不同产业吸纳人口就业水平及区域差异研究

Research on the Employment Level of Different Industries and Regional Differences in XPCC

兵团目前正处在转变发展方式,优化经济结构,促进人口集聚的攻关期,研究不同产业吸纳人口就业水平及区域差异对兵团经济持续增长和稳定发展具有重要意义。该文基于兵团2001—2016年的数据,应用就业弹性、偏离度和协调系数对兵团及南北疆垦区的产业结构与就业结构进行定量分析,研究发现:兵团产业结构与就业结构的发展不协调,不同产业吸纳人口的水平有显著差异,南北疆垦区集聚人口能力不同;最后从第一二三产业发展方面提出了促进产业结构与就业结构协调发展的相关建议。

It is of great significance to study the employment level of different industries and regionaldifferences for the sustained economic growth and stable development of XPCC when it is currently in thecritical period of transforming the development patterns, optimizing the economic structure and promotingthe population agglomeration.This paper, based on the data of XPCC during 2001-2016, makes an empiricalanalysis of the coordination of employment structure and industrial structure of XPCC in general and of itsreclamation area in northern and southern Xinjiang respectively by employing index on the employmentelasticity, structure deviation and coordination coefficien. The research shows that the development ofXPCC＇s industry and employment structure is not coordinating; there are significant differences in the levelof absorbing population among different industries; the capacity to gather population in the southern andnorthern reclamation areas is also different. With this in mind,the paper puts forward some developmentsuggestions to promote the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure in XPCC.
