Effects of Different Interventional Treatment Time on Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察不同介入治疗时间对急性心肌梗死患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法 64例临床确诊的急性心肌梗死入院患者根据临床情况及患者意愿分为急诊PCI组(46例)与择期PCI组(18例)。2组患者分别于术前及术后检查超声心动图,并观察左室舒张功能相关指标。结果择期PCI组术前E/e’高于急诊PCI组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);择期PCI组术后E/e’较术前有降低趋势但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);急诊PCI组术后E/e’较术前有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期开通梗死相关动脉能更大程度上改善左室舒张功能。

Objective To observe the effect of different interventional treatment time on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into emergency PCI group（46 cases）and selective PCI group（18 cases）according to the patients’ clinical condition and the patients’ wishes.Echocardiography was performed before and after operation respectively,and the left ventricular diastolic function before and after operation was observed. Results E/e’ in selective PCI group were higher than that in emergency PCI group,there was significant difference between two group （P 〈0.05）;E/e’ in selective PCI after operation had a tendency to decrease compared with that before operation,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉0.05）;in emergency PCI group,the postoperative E/e’ were higher than that before operation but the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Early opening of infarct related artery can improve left ventricular diastolic function to a greater extent.
