摘要 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是体内甲硫氨酸循环的中间产物。研究发现,Hcy主要通过改变细胞结构和功能、增强脂质过氧化、影响凝血系统和影响多种活性分子浓度等参与动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As),进而导致心脑血管疾病的发生。Hcy与缺血性心脑血管疾病的发生及预后密切相关,综述Hcy在As中的作用机制、降低Hcy浓度的治疗措施。 Homocysteine(Hcy)is an intermediate product of the methionine cycle in the body.Hcy,by changing cell structure and function,enhancing lipid peroxidation,influencing the coagulation system and the concentration of various active molecules,participates in atherosclerosis and causes cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Hcy is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The action of Hcy in atherosclerosis mechanism and the therapeutic measures to reduce Hcy concentration were reviewed.
